March is National Nutrition Month, and we were proud to celebrate it alongside our partners at Amerigroup at their Healthy Snack Attack event on March 10. It was an afternoon full of good food, good people, and genuine community connection. It reminded us exactly why we do this work.
What Went Down at the Healthy Snack Attack
Amerigroup brought free, nutritious and delicious snacks, and we were thrilled to contribute to the celebration. As one of the event partners, Council & Associates offered $25 gift cards to the first 10 visitors. Because who doesn’t love being rewarded just for showing up?
But the real excitement? Attendees were entered into a raffle for a $200 Kroger gift card because groceries on us is the kind of community love we believe in. Watching families, individuals, and neighbors engage with the event, ask questions, and leave with smiles (and snacks) was genuinely one of the highlights of our month.
Nutrition matters. Access to healthy food matters. And events like these matter because they meet people where they are and give them real, tangible support.

This free community Easter egg hunt is packed with fun for all ages, from infants and toddlers all the way up to adults. Here’s a peek at what’s in store:
- 8,000–9,000 pre-stuffed Easter eggs across age-grouped hunts
- Easter baskets awarded to winners in each age group
- Movie Night Magic Raffle — win tickets and treats for the whole family
- Photos with the Easter Bunny (courtesy of Glamorous Gemz)
- Coloring activities
- Italian ice, popcorn, cotton candy, and a water station
- Inflatables, a face painter, and a Kid Zone
- Live DJ and on-site promotion from Radio One Atlanta
