From the start service was outstanding.  The intake staff gathered necessary information from me and answered all of my questions. I was then assigned to a paralegal who returned my calls and followed up as agreed. When I had concerns  throughout the process no one ghosted me. My calls were always returned timely. When it was time  to discuss my settlement the atty explained everything and advised of the process should I choose litigation.
